【摘要】 目的 探讨B超在先天性肥厚性幽门狭窄(CHPS)治疗方式选择中的应用价值。 方法 从2002年以来治愈的CHPS患儿中，随机选取非手术治愈者10例作为A组，手术治愈者10例作为B组。分别将两组患儿幽门管的长度、直径和肌层厚度的B超测量结果，应用B超评分系统进行评分，进行回顾性总结。 结果 A组患儿B超结果评分全部≤3;B组患儿B超结果评分全部≥4，并经手术证实。 结论 CHPS患儿幽门B超结果评分≥4，应首选手术治疗;评分≤3，以保守治疗为首选。
