【摘要】 目的 探讨在实时阴道超声引导下对盆腔液性包块进行穿刺治疗方法的可行性。 方法 对37例超声诊断为盆腔液性包块的患者在实时阴道超声引导下穿刺，抽出其内液体，冲洗囊腔，并注入药物进行治疗。 结果 20例子宫内膜异位囊肿患者穿刺后，有4例进行第2次穿刺，有1例进行第3次穿刺;11例盆腔包裹性积液患者有2例第2次穿刺;6例卵巢单纯性囊肿患者有1例进行第2次穿刺。 结论 在阴道超声引导下对盆腔液性包块进行穿刺治疗是一种有效、简便、损伤小并可反复进行的介入性治疗方法。
