【摘要】 目的 探讨多层螺旋CT(MSCT)扫描多平面重组图像(MPR)、表面遮盖三维重组图像(SSD)技术在寰枢椎外伤中的临床应用价值。 方法 收集寰枢椎外伤后的病例32例，行MSCT扫描并行MPR、SSD后处理，所获图像与其X线片、常规轴位CT扫描的结果进行对照分析。 结果 MSCT扫描MPR、SSD技术在寰枢椎外伤中可:(1)对于外伤后病情不适合拍平片者，MSCT能快速、准确地明确骨折、脱位的有无及其类型;(2)MSCT轴位扫描结合MPR能排除因平片结构重叠漏诊的骨折以及平片不易发现的隐匿骨折;(3)MPR对椎体发生的常规轴位扫描易漏诊的水平型骨折线能明确诊断;(4)对于没有骨折的寰枢关节半脱位能提供可靠的依据。 结论 MSCT扫描MPR、SSD技术在寰枢椎外伤中较X线片及常规轴位CT扫描能提供更多的信息，可为临床选择治疗方案提供依据。

    【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate multislice CT，MPR and SSD technique value in the diagnosis of at-lantoaxial injuries.Methods Multislice CT imagings of32patients who had suffered atlantoaxial injury were re-viewed.The CT scans involved axial computerized tomography and two-dimensional reconstruction in the sagittal and the coronal planes as well as three-dimentional reconstruction，compared the result with X-ray，routine CT imag-ings.Results MPR and SSD techniques can acquire lots of important information:(1)rule out the diagnosis of frac-ture and dislocation and its type can be when patient has been injured so badly that cannot take X-ray examination.(2)detect the secret fracture and missing fracture in X-ray examination because of overlap.(3)diagnose the missing transverse fracture in routine CT scan.(4)diagnose the atlantoaxial joint luxation without fracture.Conclusion MPR and SSD techniques can offer much more information in the atlantoaxial injuries than routed X-ray and axial comput-erized tomography. ......
