【摘要】 目的 探讨内分泌科重症监护室的管理。方法 针对重症监护室患者发病急、合并症多且病情变化快的特点，加强护理人员的学习，并针对抢救程序、病情观察、重症患者的心理护理、营养支持、皮肤损害及生存质量等各个环节，制定出相应的护理模式。结果 使患者既得到了及时有效的救治，又提高了生存质量。结论 加强内分泌科重症监护室的管理，能提高护理人员的业务素质，也能缩短患者的住院天数，减少患者的心理及经济负担，提高社会效益。
