【摘要】 目的 建立用高效液相色谱法测定壮骨关节丸中淫羊藿苷含量的方法。 方法 采用C 18 柱，流动相为乙腈-水(30:70)，流速为0.7ml/min，检测波长为270nm。 结果 淫羊藿苷线性范围0.10～1.0μg，相关系数r=0.9998，平均加样回收率为99.69%，相对标准偏差RSD为1.03%(n=6)。 结论 本法操作简便，准确，重复性好，可作为该制剂的定量分析方法。

    【Abstract】 Objective To establish the method for determining the content of Icarrin in Zhuanggu guanjie wan by HPLC.Methods The C 18 column with acetonitrile-water(30:70)as the mobile phase was used.The flow rate was0.7ml/min and the detective wavelength was270nm.Results The calibration curve was linear at a range of0.10～1.0μg for the Icarrin(r=0.9998).The average recovery was99.69%and the related standard deviation(RSD)was1.03%(n=6).Conclusion The mothod is simple ......
