【摘要】目的探讨骨髓转移癌的临床及骨髓象特点。方法1990年3月～2004年12月骨髓涂片检查确诊的45例骨髓转移癌患者，分析病人常见症状、外周血象、骨髓象及临床诊断。结果常见症状依次为贫血31例(69%)、骨痛22例(49%)和发热19例(42%)。结论对贫血、骨痛或已明确诊断为恶性肿瘤病人常规骨穿可早期发现骨髓转移癌。

    【Abstract】ObjectiveTo describe the characteristics of clinic and bone marrow manifestation of metastatic cancer of bone marrow.Methods45 cases of metastatic cancer of bone marrow diagnosed by bone marrow aspiration in this hospital from March 1990 to December 2004 were enrolled for this study and their symptoms,hemogram,bone marrow manifestation and diagnosis of original cancer were described.ResultsThe most common symptom was anemia which was observed in 31 patients(69%),22 patients(49%) had bone pain and 19 patients(42%) had fever.ConclusionExamination of bone marrow aspirate may contribute to early diagnosis of metastatic cancer of bone marrow in the patients with anemia,bone pain or with diagnosed malignancy. ......
