【摘要】 目的 探讨MRI对良性软组织肿块的诊断价值。 方法 MRI检查52例软组织肿块，其中5例肿块应用STIR成像，31例肿块Gd-DTPA增强造影。 结果 52例软组织肿块根据MRI影像特征，12例(23%)诊断正确。当MRI影像特征结合临床资料后，良性肿块定性准确率94%。 结论 仅根据MRI影像特征，大多数良性软组织肿块的诊断是不可靠的，当MRI影像特征和临床资料结合后大多数良性肿块的诊断是可能的。
