【摘要】 目的 探讨康复训练结合心理治疗对全喉切除术后食管发音功能康复治疗的疗效观察。 方法 把160例全喉切除术后的患者随机分为实验组和对照组，每组80例，对实验组患者采用康复训练结合心理治疗的方法进行治疗，对照组患者采用常规护理及一般指导，对结果进行对照观察。 结果 两组患者中，实验组80例患者总有效率68.8%(55/80)，对照组80例患者总有效率52.5%(42/80)，二者差异具有显著性(χ 2 =4.43P<0.05)。 结论 康复训练结合心理治疗对全喉切除术后食管发音功能康复有明显的效果。
