【摘要】 目的 调查急诊护士的生活质量，以便有的放矢地提高急诊救护质量。方法 应用生活质量综合评定问卷对68名急诊护士(研究组)的生活质量进行调查分析，并与非急诊护士(对照组)68名进行比较，分析急诊室环境与急诊护士生活质量的相关性。结果 急诊护士总体生活质量及躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能均较对照组差，其中以心理功能、躯体功能对生活质量的影响最大。结论 长期进行急诊护理工作的护士，生活质量较差。各医院需重视急诊工作，改善急诊环境，提高护理质量。
