【摘要】 目的 分析384株白色念珠菌的药物敏感性，以指导临床合理用药治疗真菌感染。 方法 沙保弱培养基培养标本，用API20C AUX真菌D板条进行鉴定分型，纸片扩散法进行药敏实验。 结果 分离的菌株对氟康唑敏感率最高，为97.9%。其次为酮康唑(91.7%)，氟胞嘧啶(90.6%);对咪康唑的敏感率最低，仅为57.6%。 结论 氟康唑为治疗白色念珠菌感染的首选用药，而咪康唑则应避免使用。
