【摘要】 目的 通过多种方法加温升温使患者在肝移植术中的体温保持平衡。 方法 10例肝移植患者采用这一方法，使患者围手术期体温保持平稳(不低于36℃)。患者每10min或有0.1℃核心体温变化即给予及时记录。 结果 10例肝移植患者围手术期体温无一例低于36℃。 结论 联合保温加温方式能良好保持患者在肝移植中体温在围手术期保持稳定。
