【摘要】 目的 探讨开放手术治疗胫骨平台骨折的临床分析。 方法 对1996年1月～2004年12月开放手术治疗胫骨平台骨折53例进行回顾性分析，按照Schatzker分型:Ⅱ型15例，Ⅲ型8例，Ⅳ型12例，Ⅴ型11例，Ⅵ型7例。 结果 53例中48例得到随诊，经6～30个月的随诊，根据马元璋的评价标准:优15例，良21例，可6例，差6例。 结论 开放手术治疗胫骨平台骨折需选择手术时机、坚强的内固定、积极早期处理合并伤、早期的膝关节功能锻炼。
