【摘要】 目的 探讨iPATH-200开放式介入磁共振(MR)引导下 125 I植入治疗肿瘤的术前、术中、术后的护理措施。 方法 对54例行该手术的患者在术前、术中及术后各期进行相应的护理。 结果 术后治疗效果比较满意，极少数出现并发症，经相应的对症治疗、护理后，均痊愈。 结论 MR引导下 125 I植入治疗肿瘤的技术是一种安全、有效的新技术，但细致、周到的护理也是手术成功的重要保证。

    【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the pre-，intra-and post-operative nursing care measurement of iPATH-200open-configuration MR-guided 125 I implantation treating tumor.Methods Using corresponding measure-ment to nurse the54patients underwent MR-guided 125 I implantation in the stage of pre-，intra-and post-opera-tion.Results The curative effect was satisfied，a few patients with complications were recovered by corresponding ex-pectant treatment and nursing.Conclusion MR-guided 125 I implantation treating tumor is a safe and effective new technique，however，considerate nursing care is the important guarantee of operative success.
