【摘要】 目的 探讨术前护理对颈椎病前路手术的影响。 方法 对我院87例颈椎病前路手术患者术前的心理护理、呼吸道准备、体位训练、气管、食管推移训练等进行回顾性分析。 结果 按日本骨科学会JOA评分法评分，术前2～13分，平均6.67分;术后2周评分平均11.0分，平均改善率42.8%。所有病例均获6～60个月随访，平均随访24.6个月，其平均改善率为65.2%。 结论 充分全面的术前护理是有效减少术中、术后并发症的发生，确保手术效果和促进患者康复的保证。
