【摘要】 目的 观察丹酚酸B抗前列腺肿瘤的作用。 方法 采用光镜观察形态变化、台盼蓝计数死细胞数、MTT测定细胞活力、流式细胞仪检测细胞凋亡率，评价丹酚酸B的抗肿瘤作用。 结果 光镜观察见细胞呈多形性，台盼蓝计数和MTT法显示细胞活力减弱，流式细胞仪显示肿瘤细胞凋亡。 结论 丹酚酸B500μg/ml具有抗前列腺肿瘤作用，引起肿瘤细胞凋亡。
