【摘要】 目的 观察茵特康对化学性伤害致遗传物质(染色体)的保护效应。 方法 先用不同剂量的茵特康给实验动物灌胃,再给动物腹腔注射环磷酰胺,致骨髓细胞核/染色体损伤。 结果 茵特康对化学物质所致的骨髓细胞核/染色体损伤(畸变)具有明显的保护作用(P<0.01)。 结论 可利用茵特康的这种生物学效应,来防护接触具有潜在性损伤遗传物质(染色体)的化学物质、射线、辐照的工作人员的健康。对职业性物理化学性损伤的保护更具有特殊的医学价值。【关键词】 茵特康;多糖;遗传物质;损伤保护;细胞核损伤;微核

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the protective function of Yin Te Kang on experimental damage of chromosome.Method In the study,the different doses of Yin Te Kang were feeded to the animals firstly.Then they were ig Cy-clophosphamide(C P),which can cause the damage of myelic nucleus.Results The administration of Yin Te Kang has significant protective effect on the damage of chromosome resulted from chemicals/noxious factors.The biological effects of the Yin Te Kang can keep worker healthy who contact the chemicals ......
