【摘要】 目的 探讨产前应激对突触可塑性的影响。 方法 本研究采用立体计量学方法观察了晚期产前应激雌性子代海马CA3区突触超微结构的改变。 结果 晚期产前应激可引起子代突触后致密物(Postsynaptic dlensity，PSD)厚度增加、(P<0.001)PSD面密度(the PSD surface area per unit volume，SV)增加(P<0.05)、突触活性区加长(P<0.05)。突触数密度(the numberical density per unit volume of synapses，Nv)下降(P<0.001)。 结论 产前应激可能会引起子代海马CA3区突触可塑性的改变，这对突触的功能可能会产生长期影响。
