【摘要】 目的 总结外伤性脾损伤诊断与治疗经验。 方法 回顾性分析1993年12月～2002年12月632例外伤性脾损伤的临床资料。 结果 493例行脾切除术，108例行保脾手术，31例行非手术治疗。治愈605例，死亡27例。 结论 脾损伤往往病情危重、变化迅速，早期明确诊断是抢救成功的关键;是否手术以及手术方式，根据脾损伤情况、患者的全身状况等决定。
