【摘要】 目的 探讨U波改变对冠心病的诊断价值。 方法 对照分析154例经冠状动脉造影证实冠状动脉狭窄≥50%的冠心病组和115例无冠状动脉狭窄或狭窄<50%的对照组U波形态。 结果 冠心病组U波改变(90例)非常明显的多于对照组(22例，P<0.01)。 结论 U波改变对冠心病有较高的诊断价值(敏感性为58.44%，特异性为80.87%，准确性为68.03%)。
