【摘要】 目的 探讨卡介菌多糖核酸联合复方卡力孜然酊治疗白癜风临床疗效。 方法 治疗组采用卡介菌多糖核酸注射液肌肉注射，同时外涂复方卡力孜然酊，连续3个月为1个疗程;对照组单独外涂复方卡力孜然酊，分别观察疗效。 结果 治疗组总有效率为81.26%，明显高于对照组(54.54%)，经统计学处理，差异有显著性(χ 2 =4.31，P<0.05)。 结论 卡介菌多糖核酸联合复方卡力孜然酊治疗白癜风疗效肯定，二者联用能起互补作用，值得临床推广应用。
