【摘要】 目的 评价阴式子宫切除术的优点和推广应用价值，探讨其并发症的防治。 方法 回顾性分析2003年6月～2005年4月应用阴式子宫切除术(TVH)319例与同期行腹式子宫切除术(TAH)27例手术并发症发生情况。 结果 TVH术后阴道残端中晚期出血2例，TAH术中1例肠管损伤，两组均无膀胱、输尿管、直肠损伤。结论 本文证实TVH安全便利，并发症的防治主要集中于对膀胱直肠损伤、出血等常见并发症的预防处理。
