【摘要】 目的 观察研究复方丹参滴丸治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效及其对血液流变学的影响。 方法 选取冠心病心绞痛患者120例，采用随机单盲法分为两组，其中60例用丹参滴丸治疗作为观察组，对照组60例用消心痛治疗。疗程均为2个月。 结果 心绞痛症状疗效两组分别为88%和90%(P>0.05)，心电图疗效分别为80%和78%(P>0.05)。观察组血流变检查示红细胞聚集指数、全血黏度、红细胞比容、血浆黏度均显著下降，且其血流变改善程度明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。 结论 复方丹参滴丸是一种安全、有效的治疗冠心病心绞痛的药物。
