【摘要】 目的 探讨治疗睑黄瘤的更好的方法。 方法 比较近15年笔者治疗睑黄瘤的各种方法及取得的效果。 结果 除改良切除缝合法及藻酸双酯钠注射法外，其他方法治疗均不彻底，或有明显并发症。 结论 藻酸双酯钠局部注射是治疗早期皮损范围较小的理想方法，改良切除缝合法是治疗皮损范围较大的首选方法。有关机制还有待探索。
