【摘要】 目的 探讨重度前列腺增生症(benign prostatic hyperplasia，BPH)的有效治疗方法。 方法 分析35例重度BPH采用经尿道前列腺电切术(transurethral resection of the prostate，TURP)与经尿道前列腺电汽化术(transurethral vaporization of the prostate，TUVP)联合应用的临床资料。 结果 35例患者手术成功，手术时间50～120min，平均90min。术后48h内拔除尿管，排尿均通畅。随访6～12个月，平均8个月，尿道狭窄1例，暂时性尿失禁2例。 结论 TURP与TUVP联合应用治疗BPH兼两者优点，疗效好、并发症少，是治疗BPH的有效方法。
