【摘要】 目的 评价2型糖尿病患者结肠镜下息肉高频电凝电切术手术后血糖变化规律及其影响因素。 方法 对施行结肠镜下息肉高频电凝电切术手术的46例2型糖尿病患者进行术前、术后1～2h、1、2、6天血糖监测。 结果 2型糖尿病患者术后1～2h血糖显著升高(P<0.05)，术后1天基本接近术前水平(P>0.05)。术后血糖升高与手术时间、糖尿病病程、术前血糖水平呈正相关，与术后并发症有关。 结论 对2型糖尿病患者术前应正确评价糖尿病病情，术中缩短手术时间，减少创伤，术后严格控制并发症。
