【摘要】 目的 总结初治结核性渗出性胸膜炎的临床经验。 方法 对27例结核性渗出性胸膜炎患者应用2HRPE/4HR短程化疗方案，结合口服激素、反复胸腔抽液及加强营养、防止混合感染进行治疗。 结果 胸穿抽液一次全部吸收者5例，2～3次者9例;胸腔积液2周内吸收13例，2～4周吸收7例，1～2个月吸收4例，2个月以上吸收3例;6例出现胸膜增厚。 结论 2HRPE/4HR短程化疗方案，结合口服激素、反复胸腔抽液及加强营养、防止混合感染治疗初治结核性渗出性胸膜炎疗效较好。
