【摘要】 目的 研究经腹腔镜胆囊切除术的治疗效果。 方法 对238例电视腹腔镜下胆囊切除术临床资料进行总结，并与同期随机选择的100例开腹胆囊切除术相比较。 结果 腹腔镜胆囊切除术具有一定的优势。 结论 为减少腹腹腔镜切除术的并发症，提高手术成功率，应在病例的选择、术前准备、术中注意事项、中转开腹指征及引流管的放置几方面注意。
