【摘要】 目的 评价切开复位内固定对跟骨骨折的治疗效果。 方法 运用重建钢板对76例87侧跟骨骨折进行治疗，骨折分型采用Sanders分型法87例侧骨折全部随访，随访时间6～30个月，平均18个月。 结果 按天津张铁良足部评分系统评价术后功能，本组87侧骨折中，优48侧，良27例，可12侧，优良率86.2%。 结论 手术治疗跟骨关节内骨折是一种较好的方法。
