【摘要】 目的 探讨抑癌基因p27和转化生长因子β1(TGFβ1)在宫颈腺癌中的表达及两者的相关性。方法 采用SP免疫组化法检测63例宫颈腺癌组织中p27、TGFβ1的表达。 结果 p27、TGFβ1在宫颈腺癌中阳性表达率分别为63.5%(40/63)、76.2%(48/63)，p27在高、中分化腺癌的表达明显高于低分化腺癌(P<0.05)，不同分化程度的癌组织中TGFβ1的表达差异无显著性。p27与TGFβ1在宫颈腺癌中的表达无显著相关性(P>0.05)。 结论 p27蛋白表达与宫颈腺癌分化程度有关，p27在宫颈腺癌发展中可能起着重要作用;宫颈腺癌中p27表达与TGFβ1表达无相关性，可能是由于癌细胞耐受TGFβ1介导的生长抑制。
