【摘要】 目的 评价抗病毒药物利巴韦林(ribavirin)对严重急性呼吸综合征(severe acute respiratory syndrome，SARS)的疗效。 方法 对我院233例SARS病例进行回顾性研究，分析抗病毒药物利巴韦林对患者病情严重程度、病死率等参数的影响。 结果 应用利巴韦林可缩短发热时间，但对T淋巴细胞亚群无影响，不能降低糖皮质激素(简称激素)使用剂量和比例，不能减少重症及机械通气患者比例，不能降低住院费用及病死率。 结论 利巴韦林不能有效缓解SARS病情，不能降低病死率。
