摘要移植分泌胰岛素的细胞、组织或器官为I型糖尿病(IDDM)患者提供了可靠的治疗手段.相对于胰腺移植来说，胰岛移植方法简单、安全、并发症少以及死亡率低，易于为患者所接受.但供体短缺及排斥反应目前仍然是制约胰岛移植被广泛应用于临床的主要障碍.在预防及控制排斥反应中，免疫抑制药物发挥了巨大的作用.然而目前的抗排斥反应药物如CsA、FK506等在同种胰岛移植中作用显著，在异种胰岛移植中却作用甚微.探索新的免疫抑制药物及药物组合将对解决供体短缺以及排斥反应问题产生深远影响.
