【摘要】 目的 探讨刺五加胶囊对免疫系统的影响。 方法 选择288只雄性小白鼠，进行六项免疫功能指标的测定。 结果 分别以225、450、900mg/kg BW剂量的刺五加胶囊给予小鼠连续灌胃30天，能促进小鼠的脾脏淋巴细胞增殖、转化作用，提高小鼠的抗体生成细胞数、血清溶血素水平，促进小鼠的单核-巨噬细胞的碳廓清和单核-腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬能力，促进小鼠的迟发型变态反应。 结论 刺五加具有增强小鼠免疫功能作用。
