【摘要】 目的 本文旨在阐明中国现代老年人的健康检查与评估及老年内科学。方法 在现实条件下为实际老年人建立一种计算机化的老年内科医学的评估方法。结果 一种可靠系统的可拓学估用了可拓学的关联函数及距离概念。详尽的健身检查与评估可成功地利用可编程程序及市、区里的卫生管理来诊断其老年医学问题，并且机器学习系统也已利用7种算法有效地为现代中国病人的先进生物医学工程应用。结论 用关联函数在正域与负域的集合于可拓学中评估，可对各种健康情况的中国老年人进行综合诊断。

    【Abstract】 Objective This paper presents the health examination and evaluation method for Chinese present geronto and geriatric internal medicine.Methods Estabished a computerized evaluation method for geriatric internal medicine at realistic conditions.Results A reliable system for extension evaluation is used by the dependent functions of extenics and distance conception.The comprehensive evaluation of health examination can utilize programmable format successfully.The results of the study provide a novel basis for evaluating and diagnosing the municiple and district hygiene management and personal geratology.And the machine learning system is also utilized by means of seven algorithms effectively which lead to advanced biomedical engineering for Chinese patients now.Conclusion A combination of positive field and negative field of the extenics evaluation is illustrated to proceed a synthetic diagnosis for various health conditions of present days Chinese geronto. ......
