【摘要】 目的 观察紫外线照射充氧自血回输疗法(UBIO)辅以心理护理治疗银屑病的临床疗效和探索其作用机制。方法 应用UBIO辅以心理护理对50例寻常性银屑病患者进行临床治疗。结果 UBIO辅以心理护理的临床治愈率为42.00%，总有效率为88.00%，与对照组比较差异有显著性。结论 UBIO辅以心理护理是治疗银屑病的有效方法，其作用机制可能与缓解心理压力、改善微循环、调节免疫、提高抗感染能力有关。

    【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of cure psoriasis on UBIO which assisted with nurse in psychology. And to study its function.Methods Using UBIO and nurse in psychology to clinical cure 50 people who suffers from general psoriasis.Results 42.00% of the patients were cured by the new method,and 88.00% of them were having good effects. Its effect is much better than before.Conclusion UBIO and nurse in psychology is the rational method to cure psoriasis.
