【摘要】 目的 通过观察三种术式的疗效，探讨包皮环切术更好的方法。方法 在40例改良术中，结扎碳化凝固的血管断端，用0/5羊肠线缝合包皮内外板，术后分别用黄连盐水棉片和贝复济棉片贴敷伤口。结果 改良组疗效明显优于外科组和常规组(F=7.96>F0.05，2.117=3.07)。结论 CO2激光包皮环切改良术疗效令人满意。

    【Abstract】 Objective To explore a better method of preputial circumcision by the observation on efficiency of the three sugical procedures.Methods In the modification of 40 cases,tied the carbonized and coagulated breaking points of the blood vessels,then stitched the external and internal wall of the prepuce with 0/5 catgut.After the operation,strapped the wound with Coptis-Chinesis and saline cotton rolls and rb-6FGF cotton rolls individually.Results The operative efficacy of modified group was much better than those of the two groups.(F=7.96>F0.05,2.117=3.07)Conclusion Satisfactory results were obtained in the patients with the modification in preputial circumcision by CO2-laser. ......
