摘要:目的 分析深圳市宝安区有机溶剂危害现状与职业卫生服务需求，为有机溶剂防治提供依据。 方法 分析近年来诊断的职业病资料与职业危害因素构成，调查有机溶剂职业卫生服务需求。 结果 有机溶剂职业中毒是本地区的主要职业病病种，以三氯乙烯、正己烷中毒为主要的两种有机溶剂中毒病种增长速度最快;尚有30%有机溶剂作业工人未配备个人防护用品，各种劳保管理制度、安全生产规程有待加强，尤其是有一半以上工人不经常配戴防护用品，岗前培训有待加强;对有机溶剂的预防、中毒表现以及发生疑似职业病时如何就诊尚有30%左右的工人不了解;作业工人希望加强职业卫生健康教育，进行上岗前培训，在工作场所竖立“职业危害警示”牌，学习职业病防治相关法律知识等。 结论 有机溶剂是本地区危害最严重的职业病因素，作业工人的职业卫生知识尚有待加强，应加强防护与健康教育，减少职业病的发生。
