【摘要】 目的 总结用带蒂胆囊瓣和脐静脉瓣修复肝外胆道缺损的临床经验。 方法 回顾性分析我院自1997年至今收治的用带蒂胆囊瓣或脐静脉瓣修复肝外胆道缺损的6例临床资料。 结果 本组无死亡病例。术后胆漏2例，经1～2周引流后治愈;胆管炎1例，经抗炎治疗后治愈;术后胆道造影均正常;B超检查胆管轻度扩张2例，无异常4例;所有病例均获随访，随访时间3～5年，无胆道疾病症状复发。 结论 用带蒂胆囊瓣或脐静脉瓣修复肝外胆管缺损是一种疗效确切可靠、安全可行的手术方式，但要把握好适应证并掌握手术要点。
