摘要: 胆道外科的微创技术包括内镜和腹腔镜技术。胆道镜、十二指肠镜和腹腔镜等的临床应用，使得胆管结石的治疗更为直接和高效，创伤更为减小。目前胆管结石的治疗呈现出内镜和手术结合、多镜种联合运用的特点，本文介绍了内镜和腹腔镜在胆管结石治疗中的应用优点和方法选择。

    Abstract: The micro-injured techniques of biliary surgery include endoscopy and laparoscopy.The therapy of choledo-cholithiasis becomes more directly and effectively，less injuredly through the applications of choledochoscope，duodenoscope and la-paroscope，etc.Nowadays the treatment of bile duct stones presents the characteristic that operation is combined with endoscopy，and many kinds of endoscopy and laparoscopy are jointly used.This article introduces the advantages and method selection of endoscopy and laparoscopy in the bile duct stones treatments.
