【摘要】 目的 探讨一种添加了西洋参总皂苷的玛咖保健品对小鼠细胞免疫功能、体液免疫功能、巨噬细胞吞噬功能以及NK细胞活性的影响。 方法 实验组小鼠每日分别灌胃高、中、低剂量的复配玛咖根干粉，连续30天，然后分别进行ConA诱导的小鼠淋巴细胞转化实验、小鼠半数溶血值(HC 50 )测定、小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞实验和NK细胞活性测定。 结果 与对照组比较，各剂量组均能提高ConA诱导的小鼠淋巴细胞转化能力、小鼠巨噬细胞吞噬能力和小鼠NK细胞活性(P<0.05或P<0.01)，在中、高剂量组能提高小鼠的半数溶血值(P<0.01)。 结论 复配玛咖根干粉对小鼠各项免疫功能指标均有显著提高作用，可见该复配型玛咖保健品具有增强免疫力的功效。
