原子吸收光谱法测定水中锰的不确定度评定

     摘要:目的 介绍水中锰原子吸收光谱测定法的结果不确定度评定方法,为建立有效的质量控制方法提供科学依据。 方法 确定和计算测定过程各不确定度分量,最后整体合成。 结果 原子吸收分光光谱法直接测定水中锰的不确定度为0.011mg/L。 结论 本方法评定过程合理,步骤清晰,不重复和遗漏。

    Evaluation on the uncertainty of manganese in water determined by atomic absorption spectrometry.WU Liu-jian.(Hainan Provincial Center for Disease Control and Prevention,Haikou570203,Hainan,P.R.China)

    Abstract:Objective To introduce a method for evaluation of the uncertainity of manganese in water by using atomic obsorption spectrometry and provide scientific basis for setting up of effective quality control. Methods The factors affecting the testing results were determined and the results were integrated. Results The uncertainty of the result of Mn in water tested by atomic absorption spectrometry is0.011mg/L. Conclusion The method for determining Mn from water by atomic absorption spectrometry is clearand adequate and without repeated procedure and omission.
