摘要:目的 了解广东省流感监测网络实验室的运转情况，为确保网络实验室的敏感性提供科学依据。 方法 通过问卷和现场调查的方法，根据《广东省流感监测规范》对当地实验室的监测质量和水平进行全面评价。 结果 全省流感网络实验室都配有专职人员和实验室，但是部分实验室资料记录不完整，个别缺乏必备的仪器设备。2003年全省采集流感样病例标本4176份，分离到510株流感病毒，阳性率为12.2%;其中H3N2亚型流感48l株，乙型流感29株。各市病毒分离率在0～28.9%标本采集合格率是79.3%～100.0%，市级实验室结果和省级实验室结果符合率30.0%～100.0%，省级实验室结果15d内反馈率是92.7%。 结论 广东省流感网络实验室在流感监测中可以发挥重要作用，但仍应强化广东省流感监测规范的要求，进一步提高实验室检测技能。
