【摘要】 目的 探讨轻、中度高血压患者早期肾损害与脉压的关系。 方法 120例轻、中度高血压患者检测血、尿β 2 -MG及尿白蛋白同时计算脉压，根据有无肾损害分组检测脉压、脉压指数差异;根据脉压分组检测血、尿β 2 -MG及尿白蛋白。 结果 PP>60mmHg的高血压患者血β 2 -MG4.24±1.18mg/L，尿β 2 -MG1.17±0.88mg/L，尿白蛋白24.8±7.3mg/L;PP<60mmHg的高血压患者血β 2 -MG2.56±1.34mg/L，尿β 2 -MG0.42±0.10mg/L，尿白蛋白18.3±4.7mg/L。 结论 高血压患者随着PP的增大而出现肾损害的加重。

    【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the relationship between the early renal injury in hypertension patients and the pulse pressure.Methods To calculation the pulse pressure(PP)in120patients with mid to moderate essential hy-pertension and to detect the serumβ 2 -microglobulin and the urineβ 2 -microglobulin、albumin.Results The serumβ 2 -microglobulin(β 2 -MG)and the urineβ 2 -microglobulin、albumin in patients with whose pulse pressure is>60mmHg are higher than whose pulse pressure is<60mmHg.Conclusion The renal injury is more severe in hyper-tension patients with whose pulse pressure is higher. ......
