【摘要】 目的 探讨CT对腔隙性脑梗死的诊断价值。方法 回顾性分析117例腔隙性脑梗死的CT表现。结果 发现腔隙性病灶158个，单发病灶81例，多发病变36例。腔隙病灶直径最小2mm，最大20mm。结论 CT对腔隙性脑梗死的诊断具有重要价值。

    【Abstract】 Objective To study the CT diagnostic value for the nacunar infarct.Methods CT findings of the nacunar infarct in 117 cases were analyzed retrospectively.Results The 158 lesions of the nacunar infarct were found. Single lesion was in 81 cases. Multiple lesions were in 36 cases. The diameter of the lesions was from 2 mm to 20mm.Conclusion The CT is play an important role in diagnosis of the nacunar infarct.
