【摘要】 目的 探讨激光职业危害对眼的影响，为安全防护提供参考。 方法 选择典型激光作业环境中工作的职业人员95人(激光组)和非激光工作人员95人(对照组)进行眼科的系统检查，对结果进行比较。 结果 激光组人员多数有明显的眼疲劳、干涩和视物模糊等主觉不适症状。有睑结膜充血、结石等异常改变的人数激光组63人(66.3%)，对照组37人(38.9%)，两组差异有非常显著性(P<0.01)。晶体浑浊发生率激光组有35人(35.9%)，对照组17人(20.9%)，两组差异有显著性(P<0.05)。眼底视网膜陈旧病灶和色素紊乱发生率激光组11人(11.6%)，对照组有2人(2.1%)，两组差异有显著性(P<0.05)。 结论 激光对职业人员的眼健康有一定影响。
