【摘要】 目的 探讨CT检查在腹部钝伤中的应用价值。方法 收集整理我院1998年1月～2004年12月由CT诊断后经手术或临床证实腹部实质脏器钝伤53例患者的影像资料，并进行回顾性分析。结果 CT对急性腹部实质脏器钝伤显示效果良好，该组病例中肝脏损伤患者16例，脾脏损伤25例，肾脏损伤15例，胰腺损伤2例。其中单个脏器损伤48例，同时有2个脏器损伤5例。结论 CT对急性腹部钝伤的诊断有较高的应用价值，能明确腹部实质脏器的损伤部位、程度及有无多脏器损伤，能较直观地为临床医生提供所需信息，有利于治疗方案的选择。

    【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the applicable value of CT in diagnosing abdomen trauma.Methods collect and sort CT features of 53 cases of abdomen substantive organs trauma in my hospital from January 1998 to December 2004 and accord to post operative and clinical confirmation which were retrospectively analyzed.Results The effect of CT in diagnosing abdomen substantive organs trauma was better.In this group,the liver injured 16 cases,the spleen injured 25 cases,the kidney injured 15 cases,the pancreat injured 2 cases.Single organ injured 48 cases,at the same time both organs injured 5 cases.Conclusion The applicable value of CT in diagnosing acute abdomen trauma is higher.It can determine the location and the severity of disease as well as if it is mutiple organs trauma or not.It can more directly provide informatio ......
