【摘要】 目的 探讨血清尿酸(UA)水平是否与冠心病相关。 方法 经冠状动脉造影确诊的冠心病患者100例(冠心病组)和非冠心病患者90例(对照组)，分别测定血清UA、TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C水平。 结果 冠心病患者血清尿酸水平显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。 结论 高尿酸血症与冠心病相关。

    【Abstract】 Objective To explore the relationship of serum uric acid to coronary artery disease.Methods 190patients with suspected CHD were divided into two groups according to the results of the results of coronary arteriogra-phy;CHD group(n=100)and normal coronary artery group(n=90).Their levels of plasma serum uric acid and lipids levels were measured.Results Uric acid level were significantly elevated in CHD group (P<0.01).Conclusion There are correlation between serum uric acid and coronary artery disease.
