【摘要】 目的 探讨综合医院口腔科门诊消毒及流程管理的方法，推广合理的消毒技术及科学的流程管理，防止口腔门诊交叉感染，提高消毒灭菌合格率，确保医疗、护理工作的质量。方法 统一口腔门诊消毒器械及多种物品的流程途径和制定切实可行的管理对策，实现口腔门诊消毒规范化。结果 口腔消毒趋于合理，流程管理趋于科学，可以提高消毒灭菌合格率，也同样可以保证医疗、护理工作的质量。与上一年同期相比，口腔科器械消毒灭菌采样合格率增加4.99%；护士自身清洁采样合格率达到100%；诊室消毒合格率增加12.8%。结论 合理的消毒规范，科学的流程管理与医疗、护理工作质量紧密相关。

    【Abstract】 Objective The aim of this studying was to evaluate the quality of sterilization and protocol of sterilization of dental clinic in dental hospital for the sake of preventing cross infection in dental clinic and raising the standard of sterilization and increasing the quality of dental treatment and dental nursing.Methods By standardizing the equipment and materials used in the sterilization protocol of dental clinic,the sterilization procedures were made practical and efficient.Results Sterilization of dental equipment approaches a reasonable level.The success rate of sterilization,and hence the quality of dental treatment and nursing,can be improved by scientific sterilization management protocol.Compared to the same time last year,there was 4.99 % increased in success rate of sterilization and 12.8% increased in the hygiene of the clinical areas.The tests conducted on the hygiene standard of nurses reaches 100% passing rate.Conclusion Good sterilization protocol and scientific management of it is closely related to the quality of dental treatment and nursing. ......
