【摘要】 目的 探讨保留齿状线加皮桥重建闭合切口治疗环状混合痔的可行性及疗效。方法 治疗组选用保留齿状线加皮桥重建闭合切口32例，与对照组采用传统外剥内扎治疗34例在术后疼痛、水肿、出血、痔残留等并发症及住院时间、愈合时间等方面进行比较。结果 治疗组在术后疼痛、水肿、出血、痔残留等及住院时间、愈合时间等方面均优于对照组。结论 保留齿状线加皮桥重建闭合切口治疗环状混合痔安全、有效、可行。

    Clinical observation on preserving dental line plus rebuilding skin-bridge and suturing wound for treating circular mixed hemorrhoids

    【Abstract】 Objective To study the feasibility and curative effect of the procedure of preserving dental line plus rebuilding skin-bridge on circular mixed hemorrhoids.Methods 32 cases of treatment group applying the procedure of preserving dental line plus rebuilding skin-bridge were compared with 34 cases of controlled group applying the procedure of traditional external dissection and internal ligation on in-patient time,healing time and complications such as bleeding,anal swelling and pain,etc after operation.Results Clinical observation showed that the treatment group has such more advantages as slight pain,less swelling,fast healing,less complication,etc.Conclusion The procedure of preserving dental line plus rebuilding skin-bridge on circular mixed hemouuhoids is safe,effective and feasible. ......
