【摘要】 目的 评价闭经患者子宫内膜厚度(EM)和雌激素水平(E2)与其应用孕激素引起撤退性出血的关系。方法 选择继发性闭经患者53例，利用阴道超声测量其EM和放射性核素测量E2后观察用甲羟孕酮引起撤退性出血的效果。结果 33例有撤退性出血者为阳性组，20例无撤退性出血者为阴性组，阳性组的EM和E2均高于阴性组，且差异均有显著性。结论 测量继发性闭经患者EM和E2对预测孕激素引起撤退性出血是有价值的。

    【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the correlation between endometrial thickness(EM),estradiol level(E2)and progesterone withdrawal bleeding in secondary amenorrhea patients.Methods Fifty-three secondary amenrrhea patients were measured EM and E2,to compare the results if they have difference in progesterone withdrawal bleeding.Results Thirty-three patients resulting withdrawal bleeding is positive group,twenty patients without withdrawal bleeding is negative group,EM and E2 of positive group are significantly higher than that of nagative group.Conclusion EM and E2 of secondary amenorrhea patients is useful and can predict the results of progesterone withdrawal bleeding. ......
