【摘要】 早产儿有体温调节中枢发育不全、胃动力不成熟、免疫力低下、并发症多等特点。本文报告了近两年我科收治的22例早产儿的护理及体会，强调了护理配合在早产儿治疗中发挥的重要作用，证明了加强基础护理有利于早产儿的康复，能有效地减少早产儿并发症的发生。

    【Abstract】 The premature infant may have some complications,for example,its nerve center of regulating body temperature doesn′t grow completely;its stomach motion isn′t nature;its immunity is weak.I have treated 22 premature infants in the past two years.This text is about my experience.It is important to nurse a premature infant in treatment.According to my practice and experience,nursing the premature infant can help to get healthy and decrease its complication.
